London(Shakespeare Finance) : If the nation's topmost banking body, Bank of England (commonly referred to as BoE) is to be believed, secured loan lending for the month of March shot up by £0.3 billion. For the record of it, the total number of mortgage approved for the secured loan lending went up in the month of March. The remortgage market too showed slight improvement.

This is an interesting piece of news specially after considering the fact that recent performance by secured loan products has not been up to the mark. With unsecured loans and payday loans doing exceedingly well in the market, loan products operational on the unsecured lines can expect good times ahead. Not to forget their lenders who can expect some windfall profits coming their way.

With prospects of secured loans looking bright in time to come, market experts also believe that the successful run of unsecured loans and payday loans might come to an end soon since the factors that has been aiding their growth might get clear in time to come. Since, at present, both of the loan products are excelling on the speculations rife in the market.

It is also expected that if secured loans do make a comeback, they would be able to plug the flow of unrestricted transfer of liquidity through unsecured loans and payday loans. This would also be helpful in reviving the trend of secured loan lending in the entire country. Maybe its time when things have started to change for good!
