SenSource Touts the Launch of New Website
Streamlining its people-counting offerings with a detailed explanation of the software and hardware components of its system, SenSource launches a new website.
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio, September 20, 2022 (Newswire.com) - Since its founding in 2002, SenSource has relied on its website to share information, capture leads, and ultimately drive business. It has been a successful model for the tech company, as it has grown yearly culminating in another record-setting year in 2021. As the company entered its 20th year in existence, a decision was made to revamp the website to reflect the latest offerings and technology available to its customers.

Under the direction of Andy Clutter, Marketing Director, and Jessica Lipply, Marketing Coordinator, the company underwent a national search for a web design firm that shared the same values and passion for delivering exceptional service. After many interviews, pitches, and mock designs, the company ultimately struck a deal with GLIDE Design, based in Austin, Texas. "We were down to a few finalists and held a meeting with the GLIDE team. When that meeting finished, we all looked at each other and knew the decision had just been made," Clutter noted.
Work started right away re-tooling SenSource's branding and the web design. Among the main goals were to streamline the product offerings and highlight SenSource's team and company culture. "Our people are what make SenSource, so I thought it was very important we communicated that properly," Varacalli said.
Vea, SenSource's people-counting software, is featured throughout the website. The data SenSource collects can be analyzed differently based on the industry being served, so it was crucial to communicate the variances clearly and concisely. "We want to provide every visitor with an experience that is familiar to them," Lipply mentioned. She continued, "We are blessed to serve many different industries with our people-counting solutions, so we have to cater to each of them in unique ways."
The site went live in early September, shortly after the company commemorated its 20th Anniversary with an Open House. Varacalli discussed this at the event. "We never expected to be in this position 20 years after we started with two people in a small office. But we never gave up and are fortunate to have this success. We are hopeful this website helps us continue for another 20 years."
