SFL Thanks Clients And Partners For Successful Collaborations
With the end of 2011 approaching, SFL can reflect on a very successful year of extension and expansion in all areas.
Online, December 9, 2011 (Newswire.com) - SFL's client base has expanded internationally as demand has grown for its personalized and comprehensive services in the fields of Regulatory Affairs, Public Affairs, Legal Services and Medical Communication.
The company's team of professionals are also increasingly being invited to present at major industry meetings and serve on their organizing committees. For example, Shayesteh Furst-Ladani, SFL's Managing Director, was elected as chairwoman of the combination product working group at EuropaBio and served as program committee member at the DIA EuroMeeting 2011 in March in Geneva, where she also gave a speech. The same meeting featured Amanda Maxwell, Head of SFL's UK Office as session chair and invited speaker. Amanda Maxwell also chaired a session on medical technology at the DIA global meeting in Chicago in June 2011.
"It is fascinating to see how the EU legislative framework develops to cope with rapid technological developments," commented Shayesteh Furst-Ladani. "It is a privilege to be a facilitator between stakeholders in this democratic process and contribute to making the rules 'fit for purpose.' "SFL would like to use this opportunity to thank our clients and partners for their confidence in the company. We are looking forward to the next year and to continuing our collaborations with you."
SFL is all set for the Drug Information Association's (DIA) 24th Annual EuroMeeting, which will be held from 26-28 March 2012 in Copenhagen.
The company is heavily involved with the event, serving as a Member of the DIA EuroMeeting Program Committee. In addition, SFL's Managing Director, Shayesteh Furst-Ladani, and other SFL members, Amanda Maxwell and Anna Hallersten, have been invited to give presentations and chair sessions on Combination Products, the revision of the Medical Device Directives, HTA and Information to Patients.
SFL provides a holistic approach to lifecycle management of healthcare products. When combined, its services provide an integral oversight package for products from the bench to the marketplace at one consultancy.
