SGIS Promotes Todd Zullo to Vice President

SGIS has promoted Todd Zullo to the position of Vice President, effective immediately.

SGIS has promoted Todd Zullo to the position of Vice President, effective immediately. With more than 13 years of experience in the Government Contracting, Technical Services, Engineering and Information Technology industries, Zullo is now responsible for the project execution of all work out of the Washington, D.C. Metro Area office. He will be developing service offerings for current SGIS clients and will be responsible for business development within the Intelligence Community and law enforcement arena. Zullo is based out of the SGIS Washington, D.C. Metro Area office.

Prior to his promotion, Zullo was the Associate Vice President, Program Operations for SGIS. He supported key law enforcement and Intelligence Community clients and was instrumental in improving program execution as well as personnel management enhancements in his first year with SGIS. He re-designed and implemented a complete back-office Program Management Office (PMO) for one of four SGIS business units to meet the needs of the organization's rapidly growing work force performing mission critical tasks. Todd was also program manager of a high-profile IT system delivery that successfully met a very aggressive deadline.

Before joining SGIS in January 2009, Zullo was the Assistant Vice President, Operations for a leading provider of services and solutions to businesses and government agencies, a role in which he oversaw the delivery of geospatial services to the government. He managed a total revenue of $25 million and a $12 million operating budget; developed and delivered products for over 15,000 users within the Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS); and directed the successful start-up of a new business unit for state and local law enforcement. Zullo also directed a 60-person team in the daily operations of a government-focused geospatial software division; clients included the DHS, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Federal Terrorism Task Force (FTTF), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the United States Coast Guard (USCG).

Zullo received his Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Maryland. He currently holds a Top Secret security clearance.
