The highlight of the event was the unveiling of an exact full size replica of the actual house during the occasion. Enabled with the RFIDS technology it provided first-hand interaction of the actual offering. The product on show comprised of 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, Kitchen, Living room and a car park spanned across a total construction area of 675 sq.feet.

The name Sheltrex, (connoting a combination of two words- "Shelter" and "X" representing technology) is conceptualized by Sheltrex Housing Pvt. Ltd with a vision of creating technology enabled living. Sheltrex is launching its first project in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, followed by a pan India presence across 8 metros.
