Short Stories as Ebooks
Online, January 2, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Author Isaac Sweeney has released "Hard Creek Bridge: a short story" and "Wouldn't Last Forever," a collection of two short stories, as ebooks.
As the world of self-publishing grows, thanks to Kindles, Nooks, and other e-readers, Isaac Sweeney is only one person who has decided to expand the term "ebook" to mean more than a certain word count. Now, some of his short stories are available for download on the Amazon website or at Smashwords.com. The stories are "Hard Creek Bridge" and a small collection of two stories called "Wouldn't Last Forever," which contains the stories "A Prayer, An Answer" and "Twelve Years From Then."
Isaac Sweeney is a nationally published writer with essays in The Chronicle of Higher Education, Academe, and InsideHigherEd.com. He has also published fiction, poetry, and other web content. He lives in Verona, Virginia, where he also works as a freelance editor and an instructor at various colleges.
Sweeney's short stories are available on Amazon and at Smashwords.
