Siebe Vanderzee to Lead Leathers Milligan & Associates Talent Acquisition Practice.

Richard Lippert, Managing Partner of Leathers Milligan & Associates, announced today that Siebe Vanderzee has joined the firm as its Practice Leader for Talent Acquisition.

Richard Lippert, Managing Partner of Leathers Milligan & Associates, announced today that Siebe Vanderzee has joined the firm as its Practice Leader for Talent Acquisition. Because Siebe has built his career on the guiding principles of integrity and confidentiality, he has developed an extensive network of relationships in key vertical markets across the United States and around the world."

Prior to joining Leathers Milligan, Siebe was the owner of Vanderzee & Associates, Inc., a boutique executive search firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. He built his national and international executive search experience during his tenure with both DHR International and Cornerstone International Group where he completed both domestic and international executive search and consulting engagements for numerous local, national and multi-national organizations.

Mr. Vanderzee was born and raised in the Netherlands. He began his career at Citibank in Amsterdam and later moved to ING Bank in London, Montevideo and New York. He received his Master's degree in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and currently serves as Honorary Consul of the Netherlands in Arizona. Siebe is a member and past Chairman of the Consular Corps of Arizona, a member of the Director's Council at the School of Global Studies at Arizona State University (ASU) and the International Leadership Council at the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC). He is fluent in English and Dutch and proficient in Spanish, German and French.
