Signature Bank of Georgia Announces $5 Million Capital Raise

Signature Bank of Georgia (“Signature”) is raising $5 million of common stock to fund future growth and accelerate the disposition of the bank’s remaining problem assets. The offering is open to existing shareholders as well as accredited investors and institutions.

Signature has already secured commitments for approximately $3.0 million of the raise and expects to complete the offering over the next few weeks.

Signature has engaged Banks Street Partners, LLC to assist with the offering.
