SIGNiX and Orchestrate Announce Partnership to Integrate Independent E-Signatures™ Into Mix Document Merge Solution

Integration allows Mix users to seamlessly merge data and collect digital signatures from the Salesforce platform

SIGNiX, the leading provider of cloud-based digital signatures since 2002, announced today that it has partnered with Orchestrate LLC to integrate SIGNiX’s Independent E-Signature™ technology into Mix, Orchestrate’s document merge solution for financial institutions now available on the Salesforce AppExchange.

With this integration, Mix users will be able to create templates in Word, PowerPoint and Excel, merge data from Salesforce records and collect digital signatures for up to 2,000 records in a single transaction. Previously, this process required separate applications from multiple vendors.

Our partnership with SIGNiX is a key component in offering our customers improved convenience, cost savings and security. With a streamlined signing process, our users will be able to access, merge and sign thousands of forms more efficiently—allowing them to spend less time on paperwork and more time with their clients.

“Our partnership with SIGNiX is a key component in offering our customers improved convenience, cost savings and security,” said Josh Van Heukelom, President and Co-CTO of Orchestrate. “With a streamlined signing process, our users will be able to access, merge and sign thousands of forms more efficiently — allowing them to spend less time on paperwork and more time with their clients.”

SIGNiX’s cloud-based Independent E-Signatures™ are based on international, published standards, which guarantee the e-signed documents will be valid forever. Tamper-evident technology prevents unauthorized changes to a document, and a comprehensive audit trail records each step of the signing process. These features, along with data privacy assurance and other security measures, give users the ability to independently verify e-signatures and help protect against unforeseen risks in a threatening digital environment.

“Since SIGNiX is the leading digital signature provider in the financial services industry, we are confident that this partnership will be beneficial to our company and our customers,” said Sayer Martin, COO and Co-CTO of Orchestrate. “Being able to offer seamless document workflow management with e-signatures built in sets us apart from our competition and allows our customers to complete the document merge process from a single application.”

“We understand how important it is for our customers to be able to offer their clients a continuous end-to-end signing process,” said Jay Jumper, CEO of SIGNiX. “We are excited to partner with Orchestrate to give their users the ability to electronically sign documents directly in the Mix application and make managing financial forms more efficient than ever before.”

Mix is now available on the Salesforce AppExchange.
