Singer and Songwriter Jd Webb Nominated For 2010 Emmy

Online, May 26, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Los Angeles, CA (May 26, 2010)- Award-winning singer, songwriter and producer, Jd Webb has been nominated as the lyricist for a 2010 Emmy award in the category of OUTSTANDING ORIGINAL SONG FOR A DRAMA SERIES for the song "Captured" from the fan favorite soap opera "Days of Our Lives." After a successful nationwide tour, his single "Big For Me" stayed in the top 40 on the Urban AC charts for eight weeks and he now has released his new single "This Could Be Love" off his 2009 debut solo project "The Introduction."

Regarding the nominated song, "Captured," Webb shares, "The writing process was very natural. It was like many of the songs I've written, it just kind of wrote itself."
