• Enhanced User Experience: In this release Singularity support the Intelligent Worker by providing two working environments and user interfaces - the Builder & the Workspace. All functionality is accessible seamlessly across these two environments providing one central tool for managing your business processes and forms. This streamlines tasks empowering more effective participation across the process lifecycle.

• New Singularity Builder: the new look Builder reflects Microsoft Office 2010's look and feel, creating a high quality familiar user experience for the user. A new, intuitive Ribbon interface in the Builder provides access to all the capabilities of the Builder at a glance. The New Live Session feature allows you to create and test your processes all in one environment. The radically improved Builder experience and additional functionality enables less technical users to quickly and easily build sophisticated processes with integration to legacy systems.
• Extended Singularity Workspace: Singularity have increased the range of tools available within the Workspace so that you can manage your in-flight processes ("jobs") in one central location. The New Workspace Summary Control gives the individual a quick summary of their workload against their availability, and provides powerful business events management capabilities.
