SIP-CORE: An Innovative Hydration System

SIP-CORE is a hydration system with which all kinds of liquids can be absorbed without spilling. While using it one doesn´t even need his hands!

There are some situations where drinking can be very circumstantial. While doing sports or when you are on the road, sick, have a disability or lying in hospital. If you don´t be careful in no matter of time the liquid is spilled and your clothes as well as you and your surrounding area are messed up. With SIP-CORE this doesn´t happen anymore.
The practical drinking device can be screwed onto any standard bottle. In combination with a flexible liquid container (a so called pouch), which comes with or without hose connection, SIP-CORE is a very safe and versatile system for easy, hand-free drinking. It can be used in many different situations: in the geriatric care, for children, on trips, while driving a car, riding a motorbike or doing sports, even to supply military troops.

Easy to use
The handling is very simple: The most important part of the invention is the mouth piece. Once the user applies pressure with his lips or teeth to it a small gap in the middle of the drinking device opens and the liquid runs through. Without pressure the gap closes itself and the liquid stays in the bottle, no matter if you prefer hot or cold drinks. If the user can´t use his hands the liquid can be filled in the pouch and spilling is still prevented. But there are more advantages to it.
Since parts of the SIP-CORE hydration system can be produced from biodegradable materials, it also provides a significant ecological advantage. Furthermore there are some healthfulness issues to it. As we know from babies, sucking calms the nerves and the liquid absorption in small sips prevents from dehydration and improves concentration and performance.

Together with the Erfinderhaus Patenvermarktungs GmbH the SIP-CORE-inventors Florian und Michael Wiplinger from Leonding in Austria are now looking for a manufacturer, licensee or distributor for this innovative product.
