Site Redevelopment and Launch Marks Strong Growth

The recent launch of a new website for Albert Gallatin Area School District’s in southwestern Pennsylvania underscores the growth of an affordable website developer across the state.

Eight Pennsylvania districts turned to eSchoolView this past school year, and a handful of others are in talks about joining its base of roughly 50 in the state. The company creates tailor-made websites and education management software for school systems and educational organizations across the country.

In fact, eSchoolView is one of the nation's fastest growing companies. Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio with offices in Arizona and North Carolina, its revenue has increased by more than 300 percent in three years and ranks in the top third at 1409 on Inc. Magazine’s current 500|5000 list. State College’s Schoolwires was listed at 4445.

Clients champion the company's customer service, support and cost-effective product bundles. North Hills School District officials in the Pittsburgh area said the transition of its site relaunch was seamless.

“They handled the design, migration, training and launch of our website perfectly resulting in hundreds of compliments from our entire district community,” Amanda S.F. Hartle, North Hills’ director of communications and development, said. “They incorporated design components that we desired resulting in the feel of a customized website that—coupled with great functionality—provides a great, easy-to-use tool for our district to communicate with staff, students, alumni, parents and community members.”

eSchoolView Executive Director Rob O'Leary said his team asks clients what they need and develops solutions to help them operate as efficiently as possible. The resulting tools are created to be smart, innovative and unique to help strengthen relationships and save time.

"We build bridges between home and school,” he said. “We focus on creating solutions that are affordable and efficient so they can focus on priority No. 1: student achievement.”

eSchoolView's newest product aimed at enhancing parent engagement was launched in connection with the creators of ProgressBook. OneView—a one-of-a-kind solution to manage student data created by eSchoolView—combines parent portal features, athletic forms, online enrollment for new students and current students in one complete package, eliminating the need for parents and teachers to have multiple accounts.

“Customer support and feedback is critical to our success whereby collaboration with school staff from teachers, IT directors and superintendents provides the foundation of the products we build,” O’Leary said.

Other than its easy-to-use content management system, eSchoolView also offers product bundles that incorporate facility management, learning management, calendaring, school store and instant notification software options.
