SkillStorm Announces the First Graduating SPEED Class

SkillStorm today announced the first graduating class of the innovative SPEED training program.

SkillStorm today announced the first graduating class of the innovative SPEED training program. SPEED, the SkillStorm Program for Extreme Educational Development, is a highly competitive, intense sales training program where top candidates compete for a Technical Recruiter role in one of fourteen SkillStorm branches nationwide. Out of a class originally comprised of ten trainees, only five completed the extensive six-week training program and have been offered full-time positions in the San Diego, Tampa and Dallas SkillStorm branches.

"We are thrilled with the results of our first official SPEED training class," said SkillStorm CEO Vince Virga. "Our five graduates and newest SkillStorm employees really exemplify what we look for in recruiters - competitive, sales-minded, and motivated individuals with a drive to succeed. We are confident in their abilities and look forward to what they will accomplish for SkillStorm."

The Spring 2010 SPEED graduates include Bryan Shaughnessy from Georgia College; Rob Nunnery from the University of North Carolina - Ashville; Andrew Zachar from Clarion University in Pennsylvania; Kerri Alcott from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts; and Kenny Fellows from the University of Michigan. The graduates underwent six weeks of rigorous sales and recruiter training that combined lecture-style sessions with hands-on field experience.

The next SPEED training class is scheduled to begin on June 14, 2010 in San Diego, California. The summer session of SPEED serves as an ideal opportunity for May 2010 graduates to gain sales experience in a fun and rewarding environment. Interested applicants should complete the free SPEED Personality Assessment to be considered for the program. The assessment can be accessed from the SPEED webpage at www.SkillStorm.com/SPEED.
