New York, NY, June 9, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Solstice Health Insurance Company (SHIC) announces the launch of its new Pediatric Dental Rider, available as an added feature to Solstice’s dental EPO and PPO plans.
Employer groups in New York State can offer their employee’s children dental insurance benefits that meet the pediatric dental essential health benefit benchmarks set forth by the Affordable Care Act, while the parents enjoy Solstice’s standard commercial dental plans. These plans include an Open Access Dental EPO and PPO which offer no waiting periods for all groups, including virgin cases.
The pediatric dental rider includes:
--Recent Maximum out of Pocket (MOOP) changes in line with the ACA
--Coverage through age 19
--Orthodontia
--No charge for most preventive care
--Access to New York state’s largest EPO network
--Satisfies the dental EHB requirements
