South Dakota Luxury Equestrian Community Begins Development

Online, May 20, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Spearfish, S.D. - Work is now underway on a luxury equestrian community in the Black Hills of South Dakota, with construction on two model homes to be completed this summer.

Developers at Frawley Ranches Estates, a master planned community located on historic Frawley Ranch, partnered with J&J Custom Homes and Lage Construction to build two spec homes for the development.

Lage Construction's 4,000 square foot home also includes luxurious extras, such as natural stone, timbers, fireplace, and gourmet kitchen. The home also features large windows framing views of the surrounding hills.
