SpaceTek Signs MOU with Excalibur Almaz

SpaceTek Corporation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Excalibur Almaz for the operation of its Salyut Space Station under a planned joint venture.

SpaceTek Corporation has signed  a Memorandum of Understanding with Excalibur Almaz for the operation of its Salyut Space Station under a planned joint venture.  Excalibur Almaz currently owns the Salyut Space Station which is housed in the UK along with two Almaz Re-Entry Vehicles.

The Salyut Space Station will be capable of accommodating up to seven crew in a volume of 90 cubic meters for periods up to six months and will orbit at 250 miles above Earth and is built by Russian rocketry company NPO Mashinostroyenia (NPOM).
