These include a toll-free number, mobile APP, SMS text messaging, emails and more.

SPARROW offers full customer care worldwide with new channels for helping clients. Clients will benefit from a professionally trained technician available by telephone, mobile app, SMS text messages and face-time around the clock, every day of the year. The average wait time for troubleshooting and technical issues are expected to be within five minutes.
