SpartaMatrix Expands Scope of MLC Green Energy and Logistics Service Centre Project in Eastern Europe

SpartaMatrix Global Project Engineering Firms expands the scope of its MLC-Croatia Green Energy and Logistics Eastern European Project to now include Indian, Japanese and Korean industry partners.

All Partners are now officially registered for MLC project: SpartaMatrix leads it partners to develop this GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT IN EASTERN EUROPE in Croatia.

MLC Project Consultants for SpartaMatrix estimate that on the day the first construction is started ( August 2010) that the land alone is sufficient to provide equity for the first two phases of the project. The delivery day that first MOU/ contract (September 2010)is signed to build then project value is increased by 40% .

Green Energy consultants employed by SpartaMatrix are even more optimistic about its enhanced values achieved by the 'certifying green' hybrid energy as major commercial attraction for backlog of intersted logistics and shipping companies who want to become end users.

SpartaMatrix has already organized fresh capital lines with land as primary security of financial security and have been informed that 24 global financial institutions are eligible to participate in the Overall Project Funding. Financiers have already discussed supporting an 80% Project Capital (with equity from SpartaMatrix established resources of 20%)to Value for Phase One & Two Construction . The 125 MW Green Energy Component will be built by JV Croatia/USA company and climate controlled warehouses will designed and construction by Japanese green energyspecialists.

When completed the final 'build out' creates a project value of Phase One and Two it be one of the largest greenfield infrastructure projects in Central Europe ; there are an additional three more Phases to be completed over 8 years which will double the project value.

Project Consultants for SpartaMatrix have outlined that MLC Croatia has TWO MAJOR SPHERES.

SPHERE ONE : Right Side ( East) of A6 Motorway:

Our climate controlled storage systems reduce energy requirements by 30.7 % and carbon emissions by 40%.

Left Side (West) A6 Motorway.

Specialist food supply consultants retained by SpartaMatrix specifically for this project have concluded that Sri Lanka is considering expanding their organic fruit (natural) flavoured tea and drinking water business for all of Europe and former Soviet Union to MLC Phase 2 where we have direct access to 30% of the world's organically grown berries needed to flavour high value infusions that are in very high demand by European hospitality industry , Scandinavian spas and Russian nouveau riche/ elite.

SpartaMatrix has strong logistics alliance partners in Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka Strategic Alliance partners (GreenLanka) wants to be a Priority ONE green EXIM provider in our project to protect its existing global competitive advantages it has from its Port Of Colombo operations Centre.
