Specialized Service Division Now Open For EcoMech Heating and Air Customers

Atlanta-based EcoMech, LLC, announced today that they have opened a specialized service division to respond to the needs of their geothermal heating and air and conventional air conditioning customers in the Atlanta area.

One of the best parts of a geothermal systems is that they rarely have a maintenance issue. But, with the specialization of the geothermal design and the associated maintenance, EcoMech announced today that they have opened a Service Division to respond immediately to client needs. Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) clients will receive priority treatment of their heating and air conventional and geothermal energy needs.

Tim Uzar, President of EcoMech said, "Geothermal systems are kind of like the old Maytag commercials where the repair man had nothing to do but sit around and wait for good equipment to break. Given the quality of our systems, we didn't see the immediate need to have an on staff service tech. But now, with the growth to our business and our desire to offer our customers quick access to service, we have implemented a comprehensive service program." The new Service Division will be available to address service needs in the Atlanta Metro area. Said Uzar, "Since geothermal represents a more complicated HVAC system than a traditional design, our new Service Division will focus on the more in-depth and more detailed service calls. We like to refer to ourselves as the cardiologists of the air conditioning world." Customers will benefit from EcoMech's long history as geothermal and solar energy providers with a full array of new technologies as well as new diagnostic devices to address any systemic issues.

Given the recent growth of the company and the expansion into the Alabama and Florida markets, EcoMech has also added a Preventative Maintenance Agreement for new and existing clients in addition to their standard service calls. The PMA program allows customers to receive priority treatment over non-PMA customers when it comes to breakdowns and service. These customers will receive various discounts on parts and repairs as well as a rewards package for being a loyal EcoMech customer.

The development of a Service Division simply represents the next wave of expansion for EcoMech. With a high demand for economical energy sources that are eco-friendly, EcoMech's new Service Division will give customers the opportunity to acquire the best maintenance available in the Atlanta Metro region.
