Spend Radar Introduces Content-as-a-Service to Their Spend Analysis Offering
Online, October 25, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Spend Radar, a leading spend analysis provider, has significantly expanded their current offering with the inclusion of Spend Radar Content-as-a-Service, an innovative approach to the integration of 3rd-party supplier content.
Spend Radar can now provide content that is important to the client such as price indices, commodity pricing, parent child linkage, diversity classifications, etc. This content, sourced directly from Spend Radar, can be integrated in wide variety of manners. This is a unique opportunity to add additional content to customer's data to make it more meaningful for their analysis and understanding their business drivers. And more importantly, the data has been uniquely tailored by Spend Radar to provide only the data most requested by companies - thus keeping costs down.
"We are excited about our new Content-as-a-Service offering which provides our customers with highly valuable information to better manage relationships with trading partners," said Brian Daniels, Founder and CEO of Spend Radar. "In our opinion simply looking at historical data does not tell the whole story. It is critical for spend applications to integrate both internal and external data to provide a comprehensive view of the supplier and the supplier's spend."
Additional features introduced in this release include:
• Additional language support. Languages now include Chinese, Czech, English (US / UK), French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Swedish.
• Customer-specific security profiles. Each customer can configure a security profile that meets their needs, including minimum password length, complexity of passwords and maximum failed login attempts before the account is locked.
• UNSPSC version 12.09.01 is now supported.
