SpendMend Announces Upcoming Calendar for Q4 Virtual Events

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., September 23, 2020 (Newswire.com) - SpendMend, the leading provider of cost-savings solutions in the healthcare industry, announced their participation at five virtual trade shows through the remainder of 2020.

SpendMend is partnering with Health Connect Partners (HCP), Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM), Association of Healthcare Internal Auditors (AHIA), and the Accounts Payable Association (APA) to develop and distribute new educational content to hospitals across the nation through a series of virtual events. 

Among the new curriculum, SpendMend will be sharing, via live events, an expert overview on OIG’s plan to re-initiate its audit of U.S. hospitals on Medical Device Warranty Procedures, along with a before and after analysis of over 40 major U.S. hospitals regarding the financial impact of COVID-19 on the procure-to-pay cycle.
