SPLITBREED From MTV 2011 Spring Break Invades Hollywood
Online, March 24, 2011 (Newswire.com) - In the modern age of gang culture and hip-hop music, there finally comes an authentic tribe named SPLITBREED. This unique band continues a legacy of hardcore musical talent, Polynesian warrior spirit, and blood ties. Real blood ties from Hawaii.
SPLITBREED is made up of brothers Kalani, Taui and cousin Joey Mo'e. All three descended from island entertainment royalty, grandsons of pioneers of Hawaiian music, Pulu and Lousia Mo'e and Tau and Rose Mo'e of the famous Tau Mo'e Group. Music and storytelling are in the Mo'e genes, and what better way to express their music then with modern hip-hop. Their latest single release, "Take Me Away" vocal remix by MetaPhase is #30 worldwide on BeatPort Dubstep Top 100 charts, and they just finished an appearance at The Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas at the MTV 2011Spring Break.
SPLITBREED moved from Hawaii to Las Vegas and are now launching their West Coast Concert Tour starting with Hollywood's Key Club, located at 9039 W. Sunset Blvd. They perform on Friday, April 8th in the Key Club's Plush Lounge. Showtime is 9:50 PM. Ticket sales to their Los Angeles premier show should be brisk, so order your tickets early because seating is limited. Tickets are $10 each and are available at; http://splitbreedplush.eventbrite.com/ .
