Sports Performance Seminar Features Richmond Strength Coach & Dr. Michael Yessis

Legendary biomechanist, Dr. Michael Yessis talks about taking athletes to the next level of sports performance in the Central Virginia Sports Performance Seminar Saturday, April 30, 2011 via University of Richmond's Robins Center and online webinar

The Central Virginia Sport Performance Seminar is a yearly event that provides an opportunity for coaches and trainers to learn the most current, scientific-based sports performance methodologies. The seminar brings together some of the best sports performance minds in the world, including active coaches and legendary sport scientists.

"Our lineup is second to none when looking at both practical and scientific information to help coaches and trainers bring their athlete's sports performance to the next level" states Jason DeMayo, Clinic Director and Head Strength & Conditioning coach for the University of Richmond.

Dr. Yessis has developed many unique sports specific exercises and specialized sports performance programs which are used throughout the U,S. and in some foreign countries He has been consultant to the L.A. Rams and the L.A. Raiders, U.S. Men's Volleyball Team and many athletes from youth to the professional level in the areas of speed, quickness and explosive power.

The cost is $75 you'll receive for applicable information that can be implemented the next day to help prepare athletes to compete at the highest level. Two options are offered to attend the seminar...in person at the University of Richmond, or online via a webinar with full video and PowerPoint access during each presentation.
