A 20-year veteran in global finance, Mr. Tisdel brings to Steelwedge an extensive background in fast-growth software and high-tech business. In this new role, he will oversee Steelwedge's financial strategy and oversight, tapping his broad skill base which includes capital growth, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, and mergers and acquisitions.
Tisdel has held CFO and finance leadership roles at companies ranging from Peoplesoft and GTE Mobilnet to Selectica, Model N and Spigit. In addition, he has played an integral role in expanding global operations, including his most recent role as CFO at Spigit raising capital and growing the business footprint globally.
A graduate of the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University, Tisdel is also a Certified Public Accountant, State of New York.
