Stellar Announces Partnership With Save The Children
Online, November 21, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Since entering into the partnership, the leading child rights agency has been able to leverage Stellar's technology and capability. Skilled resources from various teams including strategy, analytics and quality management have assisted in the delivery of a better experience for Save the Children's valued supporters.
Save the Children CEO Suzanne Dvorak said Stellar's staff worked from a centre in Melbourne's Box Hill to provide a quality service to improve relationships with supporters, enabling Save the Children to do more for children in the community.
"We like Stellar's professionalism, culture and approach to providing a quality solution,'' Ms Dvorak said. "Stellar are passionate about Save the Children and supportive of our work in the community to assist children. The people at Stellar are 100 per cent committed to achieving the best possible outcome and we are really pleased we chose them.''
"The partnership with Stellar allows Save the Children to focus on our core purpose in helping children realise their potential. Using a professional contact centre provider means that all the infrastructure and professional staff are in-situ and we can leverage this expertise to contact our valued supporters effectively and efficiently.''
"We have already seen really positive results including increased supporter engagement and the ability to connect with more supporters so we can do more in the community to help children.''
Stellar CEO Melissa Hamilton said the company was delighted to form a business relationship with Save the Children.
"Our teams across Australia undertake a wide range of fundraising activities for both local and national charities and we are very excited to extend our partnership with Save the Children,'' Ms Hamilton said.
Stellar has also chosen Save the Children as their national charity partner, launching a framework to harness the combined passion of Stellar's network across Australia to support fundraising efforts, beginning with National Children's Week.
On October 26th 2012, Stellar's CEO Melissa Hamilton, Head of Sales Rachel O'Loughlin and two Customer Solutions Specialists completed the 'Urban Decent' challenge in Brisbane, abseiling down 36 floors to raise money for Save the Children.
