Stephanie Schroeder, Author of Beautiful Wreck: Sex, Lies & Suicide, Appears on "Life Unedited" Radio

Online, October 9, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Stephanie Schroeder, author of the recently published memoir Beautiful Wreck: Sex, Lies & Suicide, spoke with "Life Unedited" Host John Aberle last week about the painful journey she took from functioning depressive to her diagnosis with Bipolar Disorder to, finally, recovery.

Aberle asked the newly minted memoirist how she handles the "three strikes against her": lesbianism, Tourette Syndrome and Bipolar Disorder. While Schroeder said her lesbianism has never held her back, their dialogue about her diagnoses of Tourette Syndrome and, in particular, Bipolar Disorder was a gloves off, lay-it-on-the-table, honest discussion.
