This new endeavor will utilize local resources to run and staff the facility. Staffing the call center with a local workforce from the surrounding 30A, Panama City Beach, and Destin areas. The local staffing benefits Sterling Resorts' vacation rental customers through the provision of personal recommendations from staff members with a strong connection to the area. The creation of these local jobs will help boost the local economy and provide greater appeal along the Gulf Coast to potential customers and condo or homeowners interested in short term rental management. In addition to the staffing, the call center will have extended hours of operation in order to better serve guest-centric booking hours.
