Stitch and Embroider: Teaching Interested Viewers How to Embroider and Sew for Fun

​​Carla Christensen, a passionate embroiderer and crafter who found solace in the art after a bad accident as a younger girl, is bringing her invaluable knowledge to the forefront of teaching for all interested visitors at Stitch and Embroider. Borne from a passion for disseminating her knowledge and passions regarding sewing and embroidery-related tasks, Stitch and Embroider will provide all visitors with everything they need to get started.

“Sewing is one of the most useful skills a person could possess – yet so many people don’t know how to do it today,” said Christensen. “People’s excuse is that they never learned or don’t know where to look to get started. My platform is the place the can come to for learning the art of sewing while also experiencing a stress-releasing activity.”

Stitch and Embroider will show visitors how to do various stitches, like satin and cross stitches, as well as provide recommendations for how to get children interested.
