StockCharts.com Welcomes Mary Ellen McGonagle as StockCharts TV Host and Blog Author
REDMOND, Wash., January 11, 2019 (Newswire.com) - StockCharts.com has announced an expansion of its partnership with MEM Investment Research president Mary Ellen McGonagle. Ms. McGonagle had previously worked with the company in producing written content for the “Top Advisors Corner” blog, presenting at ChartCon 2018 and hosting the StockCharts TV series "The MEM Edge with Mary Ellen McGonagle." In 2019, this collaboration will increase substantially as Ms. McGonagle joins "MarketWatchers LIVE" as a weekly guest host and expects to produce new content for StockCharts’ blogging division and StockCharts TV.
Mary Ellen McGonagle is a professional investing consultant and the president of MEM Investment Research. After eight years of working on Wall Street, Ms. McGonagle left to become a skilled stock analyst, working with Bill O'Neill in identifying healthy stocks with potential to take off. She has worked with clients that span the globe, including big names like Fidelity Asset Management, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and Oppenheimer. She now offers her high-level expertise to investors across the globe, writing the weekly investment-focused newsletter The MEM Edge. Ms. McGonagle knows what to look for – combining fundamental and technical information with a heavy dose of intuition – and has 20 years of experience as a trusted advisor to the advisors.
Ms. McGonagle currently contributes to two programs on StockCharts TV. These include her weekly series "The MEM Edge with Mary Ellen McGonagle," which airs on Monday mornings, as well as the Friday edition of the daily "MarketWatchers LIVE" series, where she co-hosts with Tom Bowley and presents the segment “What’s Hot, What’s Not.” Her presence on StockCharts TV is expected to increase over the course of 2019, with the potential to develop and host a new series. Additionally, having become a featured contributor for StockCharts.com, she will no longer be publishing content on the "Top Advisors Corner" guest blog, instead expecting to begin a blog of her own in early 2019.
In a statement to the company, Ms. McGonagle said, "StockCharts.com has a long history of providing high quality research to its users and I’m thrilled to become a part of their top notch team. I plan on continuing their tradition of providing 'best of breed' investment knowledge and am excited to broaden out my partnership as the company continues to expand."
"Mary Ellen's experiences over a long and successful career have given her a unique understanding of both the institutional and retail sides of the financial industry," Grayson Roze, StockCharts Business Manager, said in a statement. "Our partnership with Mary Ellen in 2018 was met with a great response from our users, and we know that this is only the beginning. We can't wait to bring more of her knowledge to our viewers and readers here at StockCharts in 2019 and beyond."
"The MEM Edge with Mary Ellen McGonagle" airs on StockCharts TV on Mondays at 10:30am EST. To view StockCharts TV, visit StockCharts.com/tv.
