StormStaff Appoints Alex Silva as Account Manager

Online, September 30, 2009 (Newswire.com) - StormStaff has hired Alex Silva as the Account Manager for the Fort Lauderdale area. With more than 13 years in the Finance, Accounting and Legal Services industries, he is responsible for overseeing branch operations including employee and account management and all aspects of recruiting in the Fort Lauderdale area. Silva is based out of the StormStaff Fort Lauderdale office.

Most recently, Silva served as a Producing Branch Manager for an international specialized staffing firm. In this role, he was responsible for hiring and training sales and support staff; territory development; and branch budgeting and forecasting. Previously, Silva was the General Manager for a legal and accounting/ finance recruiting firm, a role in which he was responsible for client retention, branding, branch financial management and staff development. Silva was also the Director of Operations for a legal, clerical and accounting/ finance services firms. He also served as a Staffing/ Branch Manager at a full service staffing firm specializing in clerical and light industrial services.

Silva received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Suffield University. He has also undergone several professional and industry training programs such as Michael Boone and Tom Hopkins trainings.
