Storytelling Event At Toy Time Pflugerville

Online, March 22, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Toy Time In-Store News:- Storytelling this Saturday! - Spring is here and Karen Hodges, storyteller, will be telling stories at 10:30 a.m. this Saturday, March 24th. Her stories include one about a young Native American Indian girl who is planting a garden, a tailor who recycles, and a little old woman who lives in a vinegar bottle. Story time will also include singing songs, playing hand-held instruments, and meeting Tippie the Turtle. Come join the fun! Free event!

Toy Time will continue to host storytelling events throughout the years, including an Easter themed storytelling on March 31. They have been so lucky to have someone like Karen Hodges come to the shop and give children an imaginative journey to take while she carves out a wonderful path and backdrop with her words. Not only is it exciting to be in a toy store, while hanging out in a tree house inspired room, lounging on bean bags or dancing on the carpets while playing instruments, it's educational too!

If you are unfamiliar with Toy Time, you should know that Toy Time was founded in 2011 by Rob & Rachel Sides in Pflugerville, TX.

Their goal was to create a business in their community that would not only be fun to work in, but provide a need and service for the city. Pflugerville did not have a specialty toy or candy store so they decided to set up shop and offer unique items that promote play and learning as well as some good old fashioned laughs.

They do sell toys online, but their physical location is in downtown Pflugerville, TX where they have a tree house party room for rent and offer gift registries too!
