Stronger Life, Inc. to Help Seniors And Obese People With The First Ever "Miracles from Muscles in Motion" Boot Camp

Not for Profit Organization Launches Boot Camp To Empower Seniors And Morbidly Obese People To Be Self Accountable

Stronger Life, Inc., (www.StrongerLife.org) a Los Angeles based not-for-profit organization dedicated to giving the gift of good health to the growing senior market, announces the launch of its first 3-day boot camp for seniors and people who are morbidly obese. Stronger Life is also making special accommodations for people confined to wheel chairs. This first of its kind boot camp will be held at the Glen Ivy Resort, in Corona Ca., on April 19-21, 2011.

Miracles from Muscles in Motion is a low impact, results driven program developed by Tony Lorrich, the Founder and Director of Stronger Life, Inc. It is featured in the organization's DVD, called "Please be Seated", to teach his Chair Aerobic Training (CAT) programs.

Tony Lorrich, who is also a trained Certified Fitness Specialist, has 35 years of experience most of which has been dedicated to seniors and people who are morbidly obese, said, "I developed a deep interest in exercise for seniors when I was younger as I watched the debilitating effects inactivity had on the life of my parents and most of the seniors in my church. I recognized how sensitive seniors are to higher impact exercise and began to develop my program. I intend to replicate this program throughout America, and eventually the world, through franchises under the Stronger Life banner in order to give seniors an opportunity to live healthier and happier lives. Our programs consist of low impact physical activity conducted with the use of chairs and may incorporate ordinary objects that can be found in every house as props so participants are able to eliminate the high cost of equipment from their budgets. Participants can expect to make milestone important improvements in their mobility, muscle tone, flexibility, range of motion, balance and energy levels after a few short weeks in the program. This program can also help in lowering blood pressure and cholesterol, in fighting osteoporosis, and can even help improve circulation."

Tony Lorrich stressed, "The purpose of the boot camp is to educate and give participants the tools that empower them to be able to return home on their own and improve their quality of life and health through the lessons they have learned. The Boot Camp also includes a certified nutritionist to talk about the importance of proper nutrition and diet. The program will consist of both group and individual activities designed to teach participants to train themselves and will include lectures on fitness, health and nutrition. Stronger Life, Inc. will work with everyone through an established ongoing follow-up program to measure their progress, and provide guidance and additional training. All participants are expected to submit weekly reports. Glen Ivy Resort will also include Spa access to the boot camp participants for fun and therapeutic downtime.

Interested and eligible seniors or people who are considered morbidly obese can register on-line: www.strongerlife.org or call 1 (888) 800-7028. This initial camp only has room for 30 participants.

Stronger Life, Inc. believes in its mission to teach seniors how to function and LIVE at their personal optimal level throughout their senior years. Tony Lorrich adds, "We all must age, but getting old is a choice. Light, low impact training and good nutrition can help seniors age with grace and keep them lively, self reliant and happier."
