Strut London: Selma Starfinger Unveils Her Spring/Summer 2011 Collection

Online, September 10, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Last night, New York City's most fashionable gathered at Hudson Terrace for the unveiling of Selma Starfinger's Spring/Summer 2011 collection presented by Strut London.

Over 150 guests watched as the sights and sounds of London hit the streets of New York in the first of a series of events aimed at shedding light on artists and designers that embody the forward thinking, distinctive and obscure style that underground London culture embraces. The event was Ustreamed live across the nation.

Selma Starfinger's collection was presented to the beats of London DJ Xo-Chic. Immediately following the show, the models participated in a live editorial shoot courtesy of Elizabeth Waugh Photography.

The night's special guests included Season 7 Project Runway contestants Mila Hermanovski and Maya Luz, ABC's SuperNanny Jo Frost and model/actress Helena Sopar.

All ticket donations were in support of Peace First. Peace First is an independent, non-profit organization that works in partnership with schools to build safe, effective school climates for children, where they can learn how to be engaged and active citizens.
