Student Central Launches Miss Student Central 2015 Pageant
City Life Student Central Durban launches its first ever Miss Student Central Pageant on 18 September 2015. 10 finalists from Universities (UKZN, DUT and MUT) and other tertiary institutions in Durban will be competing for the crown. 4 Winners will be chosen on the day holding titles of Miss Student Central UKZN, Miss Student Central DUT, Miss Student Central MUT and Miss Student Central H.ED.
Durban South Africa, September 14, 2015 (Newswire.com) - City Life Student Central Durban launches its first ever Miss Student Central Pageant on 18 September 2015.
The pageant will officially commence with the ribbon cutting by Speaker Councillor Loganathan Naidoo.
10 finalists from Universities (UKZN, DUT and MUT) and other tertiary institutions in Durban will be competing for the crown.
Amongst the VIP guests attending to name a few are Speaker Councillor Loganathan Naidoo, Ward 32 Councillor Sebenzile William Zenzile, Protus Mngonyama of Ward 32 and 5 other leaderships, Kimosha Ganas – one of the winner of the 2015 Vodacom Durban July Young Designer Award.
4 Winners will be chosen on the day holding titles of Miss Student Central UKZN, Miss Student Central DUT, Miss Student Central MUT and Miss Student Central H.ED who will rein for one year; represent City Life Student Central at the University/tertiary institution that she is studying at, as well as represent as a role model and ambassador to other tertiary students in Durban KZN.
Our final contestants are judged in poise, personality, confidence and intelligence.
The ladies will compete in talent, evening gown and question and answer.

City Life Student Central is involved in Women’s Entrepreneurship, Empowerment and Upliftment on an ongoing basis and hosts City Life sponsored motivational and inspirational workshops for women of struggle, mothers, and unemployed females.
It is also involved in the community that supports it and lives in it. City Life recently joined Ward 32 in a Street/neighbourhood clean-up on Mandela Day 2015. City Life also donates towards the Ubuntu feeding scheme in Ward 32 on a monthly basis which uses the funds to feed children on a daily basis.
City Life has built and donated a Church in Ward 32 which the community uses as a place of worship on a weekly basis.
Aside from uplifting the community City Life is involved in many youth empowerment, charity and empowerment projects in which it donates on a monthly basis; and have created jobs for over 100 s unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled unemployed citizens in South Africa.
