Students of GNIOT Group of Institutions Learned the Working Process of Moon Beverages
32 students of PGDM batch 2014-16 got this privilege and spent their entire day in the learning process.
Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, April 15, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Students of GNIOT Group of Institutions visited Moon Beverages Pvt Ltd, Sahibabad. They learned the process of packaging and bottling. 32 students of PGDM batch 2014-16 got this privilege and spent their entire day in the learning process. Moon Beverages Pvt Ltd is known for the products such as Maaza, Limca, Coke, Sprite and Kinley.
Moon Beverages Pvt Ltd production head Mr. Tarun Sharma said that the process of bottling and capping is a crucial process for the company. It helps in regulating the quality and efficiency of machines. It will really help students if they understand these processes during studies. This will also help in reducing the industry gap and will save training time.
During the visit, students noticed that theses attractive bottles have very crucial bottling and capping process. These lightweight bottles offer an attractive price advantage, but these bottles have a cupping challenge. The most common problem is bottle paneling and is caused due excessive bottle downloading or squeezing. This in turn results to packaging line problems that decrease line efficiency. Usually three types are machines are used in this process – In line Capper, Standard rotary cappers and BNS Capper. The learning to students was made easier by practical training. A lot questions came out and management were happy to answer each one of them.
