Stuzo Announces Initial Customer Outcomes With Its Open Commerce® Platform and Wallet Steering™ System
PHILADELPHIA, October 3, 2022 (Newswire.com) - Stuzo, a leading provider of unified loyalty, digital payments, and cross-channel customer experience software products, powered by its Open Commerce® Platform, announced initial results from a customer's use of Stuzo's patent-pending Wallet Steering™ System.
Stuzo continues to demonstrate its ability to quickly and seamlessly migrate retailer customers to its Open Commerce product suite, enable customers to launch new programs fast, realize immediate improvements in program performance, and generate meaningful business outcomes expediently.
In a recent example of the above, one of its customers, Delek US, has achieved early performance gains with the re-launch of its High Octane Rewards program and experienced a fast and seamless migration onto Stuzo's solutions.
Within the first 10 months after helping Delek switch from its prior vendor, Stuzo helped grow Delek's High Octane Rewards active members per day by 262%, grow monthly loyalty transactions by 188%, and prove the value earned from its members with member merchandise baskets sustaining at 2X the size of industry average baskets.
Stuzo also reported Q2 2022 period ending performance gains over Q1 2022:
- Average share of member fuel wallet increased from 39% to 52%, representing an overall 113% lift in gallons pumped
- Daily average member merchandise spend increased by 49%
"We're wildly exceeding every expectation we had for our relaunched loyalty program and it's just the beginning," said Darshan Gad, Senior Vice President, Retail Sales, Marketing & Innovation at Delek US Holdings, Inc.: "We challenged Stuzo with a short timeline to seamlessly transition away from our previous vendor and generate results. Stuzo delivered with zero downtime and zero loss of loyalty program transactions during the transition to Open Commerce, then immediately began delivering on their promise to drive meaningful outcomes for Delek while setting us up for ongoing incremental improvements and success."
Stuzo migrated Delek's High Octane Rewards program while ensuring total business continuity, including the:
- Transition of members, data, and program mechanics,
- Switch from points-based program to hyper-personalized offers-based program,
- Continuity of High Octane Rewards' customer experience, and
- Change of Loyalty Host to Open Commerce.
"We are honored to be Delek's partner and to put Wallet Steering to work on their behalf, to drive more visits, more gallons, bigger baskets, and increased customer lifetime value. This initial success is just the start for the team at Delek," said Jake Kiser, Chief Customer Officer, Stuzo.
