StyleAdda.com To Partner Over 3,000 Suppliers

Online, November 9, 2011 (Newswire.com) - StyleAdda.com, India's largest upcoming online shopping mall will form a supply chain network of over 3,000 suppliers from different business categories making the biggest supply chain network ever formed for an online store. StyleAdda.com will have over 15 million listed products when it will be launched in January next year. StyleAdda.com will compete against large dotcom stores like flipkart, letsbuy and yebhi.

"The project is extremely huge, online retailing is all about managing the backend well. Internet customers demand quick service backed by exciting discounts. Online retailing does not bring in astonishing profit margins but if the customer loyalty is well maintained generating huge turnover is easy," said Rahul Malhotra, Vice Chairman of StyleAdda Retail India.

StyleAdda.com has already attracted private equity investors from Taiwan and Canada who may invest total of US $20 million or INR 98 crore in the mega project, however, the total cost of development has already exceeded US $25 million or INR 122 crore and according to the development team it may surpass US $31 million or INR 151 crore.

StyleAdda.com will buy its own warehouses in metro cities of India and will set up its own logistic company. The advertising budget is also set to be huge to effectively reach internet savvy audience.

StyleAdda.com may have to go public immediately after the launch as it will have to clear the debts at earliest to make the business model profitable. Nedra Partners a PE firm from Taiwan is in talks to buyout 11% stake for US $8.77 million or INR 43 crore valuing the project at US $79.5 million or INR 390 crore.
