Online, October 30, 2010 (Newswire.com) - November 1st marks the official release of Transformation Magazine, a much anticipated new local magazine that serves the Suncoast region; Pinellas, Manatee, Hillsborough, and Sarasota counties. The magazine focuses on personal development, alternative health, and spiritual growth. The magazine is more than just a magazine but a community movement to empower people to find their true self and be the best they can be, not only for them but the community around them. Natalie Amsden, the founder of the magazine, descries Transformation Magazine as "content-rich and real, focusing on topics that are relevant and inspirational."
With it's first publication in November, the magazine already has over one hundred and fifty distribution locations and seven thousands publications. Joeel Rivera, a motivational speaker and the publisher of the magazine says, "the feedback has been tremendous. It seems that more and more people are looking to grow and develop at many different levels. With all the financial woes and changes in society people have shifted their priorities and have started to search for true happiness that comes from within and not from exterior or materialistic objects."
The publication features a range of writers, from individuals sharing their personal stories to reverands of new-thought churches, and from teachers who have traveled the world to doctors who have studied at Harvard. Natalie says " we all have a story to tell and it may be that your story can impact many people's lives and that is why we welcome anyone to submit an article" The magazine also provides practical tools to help people improve their relationships, follow their purpose, releases life baggage, find their true self, grow spiritually, and find alternative means of healing.
One of their columnist, Marcia Bender, former Attitudes Magazine writer with forty years of experience working in the community, states "Transformation Magazine is the only one of its kind in the Suncoast area since it is written by authors who live in the Suncoast region with expertise in a wide range of areas. I've been praying for this." Transformation Magazine hopes to create a positive movement were people can awaken to their true potential and help them connect back to the community.
