Survey: Optimize Employee Referral Programs for Mobile Devices
Online, May 6, 2013 (Newswire.com) - GooodJob is pleased to release the results of its "Mobile Recruiting - 2013" survey, which examined 150 companies' recruiting strategies, with a focus on referral programs and mobile optimization.
Key findings include:
- In over 75% of companies the majority of employees own smartphones
- In 2012, over 70% of companies had low rates of hires via referrals (up to 30%), and over 2/3 are not happy with these numbers
- In 2013, most companies plan to revise their employer branding approaches, increase their social presence and improve the candidate experience
