Swearingen Software Announces ONC-ATCB Meaningful Use Certification

Online, March 30, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Swearingen Software announced today that RISynergy 5.2, the company's state of the art Radiology Information System, has attained ONC-ATCB certification as a module for Meaningful Use.

RISynergy now meets the Stage 1 Meaningful Use regulations with adherence to the eight security requirements and the Maintain Active Medication Allergy List criteria. RISynergy creates or receives all patient demographic and allergy information.

The Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH Act) is part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
