He successfully grew the business from just two clients and 20 employees, to 50+ clients and 150+ employees, with six products and five service lines. At Symphony Talent, Kandadai will align his experience and efforts around growing the company in India & APAC markets, implementing a unified product, scaling a solid engineering team and evolving the brand as one that is dedicated to customer development and brand credibility.
