Syncroness Looks Forward to a Global Presence After Strategic Acquisition by the ALTEN Group

ALTEN Group, the €1.7 billion European leader in Technology Consulting and Engineering, today announced the acquisition of Syncroness, Inc., a Colorado-based industry leader in engineering services and product development. The new acquisition allows ALTEN Group to grow its USA based operations and expand into a more comprehensive product offering internationally. Syncroness brings advanced, project-based, engineering solutions to clients with a strong focus on quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.

"We are excited to welcome an innovative company with strong design and development expertise to the ALTEN family," said Gerald Attia, Deputy CEO of ALTEN Group. "The combination of our strengths in the latest technologies, agile processes, and engineering solutions will help us deliver far greater value to our clients, something that the ALTEN Group has been known for, for over 25 years."

Through the acquisition, Syncroness will provide more value to clients by leveraging ALTEN Groups' global pool of technical talent and innovation centers. The ALTEN Group, through its USA based subsidiaries, offers Consulting, Enterprise IT, and Product Engineering Services to clients globally. The acquisition allows Syncroness to extend engineering services, advanced research and development, and technology consulting to clients in North America and beyond.

"This acquisition gives us the ability to deliver full engineering development solutions with a company whose values and culture align perfectly with Syncroness," said Mike Walraven, CEO of Syncroness. According to Walraven, the acquisition comes at an opportune time as the economy and market continue to improve, creating more opportunities for growth. "This acquisition gives us immediate access to a wider population of clients that can benefit from our services."

"Many of our clients are looking for technically advanced product development and engineering solutions. With Syncroness’ technical acumen and processes, we can now offer the best people, process, and technology capabilities to our clients worldwide," said Mark Henault, CTO of Syncroness. “We look forward to a bright future as part of the ALTEN family.”
