Syndicate Bank Launches Mega Gold Loan Campaign
Syndicate Bank has started 'Mega Gold Loan' campaign in Andhra Pradesh.
Online, June 7, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Syndicate Bank has launched 'Mega Gold Loan' campaign across all its branches in Anantapur, Kurnool and Kadapa districts, which are situated in Andhra Pradesh. As stated by Syndicate Bank, "The 'Mega Gold Loan' campaign is coinciding with crop loan season and it is expected that it will serve the farming community in a far more efficient manner and will help in supplementing the need of crop finance.''
Under the scheme, Rs 1,900 per gram of gold of 75 per cent of net value of gold would be provided by Syndicate Bank to the person as a loan, if the tenure of the loan is less than 12 months. Similarly, for loans with tenure of 12 months -24 months, Rs 800 per gram or 75 per cent of net value will be offered to the applicant at 11.75 per cent interest rate. Even business class persons would get an option to avail overdraft facility under the gold loan scheme.
