Take A Culinary Journey Across India With Cooklet

Do you enjoy eating Indian food but are not sure how to cook it? Always wanted to learn how to cook Indian food but never had the opportunity? Now you can learn to cook Indian food with Cooklet.

Cooklet has started a new series on its website, cuisines from around the world. The first cuisine to be featured for the next 2 weeks is from India. The first 7 days will have articles that cover the basics of Indian cooking. Users are encouraged to try out some of the featured Indian recipes or upload their own.
There will be a contest in the second week to test the skill of users in preparing Indian cuisine.

"The idea of our international platform is to bring together the culinary habits and tastes of people from around the world." says Grzegorz Trubiłowicz, CEO/Founder of Cooklet. "Our members from 87 countries will learn about the specialities of Indian cuisine. We hope that many of them try to prepare dishes like Samosa."

Contributing their expertise to Cooklet during these days are Indian culinary bloggers Hetal Jannu from ShowMeTheCurry.com, Mahimaa Ramkumar from IndianVegeterianKitchen.com and Shriya from SpicyTasty.com.

"Indian food is just not about curries! It's beyond that. Every region has it's own style of cooking." says Mahimaa "The spices used in Indian cooking are not only aromatic, but also very healthy. One needs to practice to master Indian cooking. One can be a vegetarian and yet have tons of options to choose from."

The Cooklet team has also planned a few surprises. Keep checking the special forum on the platform as well as the social media channels like facebook for more information.
Two weeks is too short to learn all about Indian cuisine however join Cooklet to learn the basics and try to cook something new.

Cooklet is a new venture from marketing and technology company IKS. A culinary and social networking platform, the idea behind it is to organise recipes in easy to use interactive cookbooks. It is a place of sharing experiences among authors and users from all over the world.
