Tara Canty Joins ArroHealth as Vice President of Retrieval Operations
Seasoned healthcare professional selected to lead retrieval operations
Hauppauge, NY, August 23, 2016 (Newswire.com) - ArroHealth, a full-service provider of risk adjustment and HEDIS services, today announced it has hired Tara Canty as Vice President of Retrieval Operations. Canty will be responsible for the operational strategies related to ArroHealth’s retrieval services. She will manage all elements of retrieval operations including the call center, field operations and document control.

Canty has more than 24 years of experience in healthcare innovation, including the development and operations of a Pioneer ACO, multiple Medicare Advantage and Medicare risk products, managed Medicaid programs and Medicare demonstration programs. Her expertise spans health plan and health system operations, finance, clinical and financial modeling, marketing and sales, clinical program development, project management, LEAN and Six Sigma process improvement and strategic planning. Canty has held senior executive positions in Accountable Care, Medicare Advantage and government relations. She has a proven track record in the development and optimization of risk adjustment improvement, quality reporting, operations efficiencies and outcomes measures both at Medicare Advantage plans and Accountable Care Organizations.
Canty earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada in Reno.
