Memphis, TN, April 7, 2016 (Newswire.com) - TBX Group, Inc. is proud and excited to announce today that it has completed the acquisition of various software and technologies from MindSmack, LLC including MindSmack Games. This acquisition creates an impressive new venture and collaboration between TBX and MindSmack called Smacked Ventures. Smacked Ventures has solid presence in the growing mobile app market with 20 learning and gaming apps, FastMall utilizing MapOS, and ChosenApps.

The software and mobile applications, included in this acquisition, have previously been mention and received positive reviews by ABC News, Fox Business, the Today Show, PC World, Mashable, and received hundreds of thousands of user downloads to date.
