In Baltimore he was the only rider in the competition to complete the 8 second required ride on all four of his bulls with a pinnacle ride of 92.25 points on the bull RMEF Gunpowder & Lead owned by Jeff Robinson Bucking Bulls. In Oklahoma City, JB repeated his high scoring ride on the bull Smackdown. Both events cement his lead in the standings by 39.25 points over his nearest competitor.
Injured Team Blue-Emu member and World Champion, Shane Proctor continues to recover from his broken arm sustained at the 2011 National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas. He says he plans to return to riding at the BFTS event in Detroit, MI on March 10th.
