TechAmerica Hosts Environmental Conference
Online, March 30, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Dallas, TX - TechAmerica Texas, is hosting the Eighth Annual TechAmerica Environmental, Compliance, Enforcement and Best Practices Conference at the North Texas RCIC in Dallas on April 14. The conference is part of a week-long tour to educate technology manufacturing and licensing companies on the latest environmental restrictions. Additional tour stops include Silicon Valley, Schaumburg, Ill. and Andover, Mass.

The day-long conference will feature speakers and panelists from TechAmerica and its affiliated legal experts who will highlight key international, federal and state product-related environmental restrictions relevant to the electronics industry. Topics will include compliance, implementation and enforcement issues, as well as best management practices associated with key environmental topics, such as:

The conference will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on April 14 at the North Texas RCIC located at 17919 Waterview Parkway in Dallas. Early Bird fee for members is $145 and non-members $295 through March 31. Regular registration begins April 1 with cost for members $295 and non-members $495.
