TechAmerica Texas and Scott & Scott, LLP to Host TechWorking 2010
TechWorking 2010 supports greater collaboration for North Texas technology community.
Online, January 27, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Dallas, TX - TechAmerica Texas and sponsor Scott & Scott LLP have partnered to create TechWorking 2010, an event concept designed to promote greater collaboration and communication in the North Texas technology community. The free event takes place from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4 at the Chase Tower Rotunda in Downtown Dallas.
"We are excited about the opportunity to bring the technology community together to meet, communicate and find ways to collaborate on our collective initiatives and goals," said Jeff Clark, executive director of TechAmerica Texas. The event will gather the technology community for one special evening of quality networking with various community organizations, universities and area Chambers that help support the technology industry in this region, including representatives from Tech Fort Worth, the Dallas Chamber, Metroplex Technology Business Council, North Texas Enterprise Center, DeVry University and others.
At the event, TechAmerica Texas will also announce plans for the TechWorking 2010 directory that will list area organizations that support the technology community in North Texas. The directory will be unveiled at the event and then published and distributed in March 2010.
